Luxid Launches AI-Powered AR And VR Hotel Sales Platform

Technology startup Luxid has launched an artificial intelligence-powered augmented reality and virtual reality platform to help hotels modernise enterprise sales through immersive venue experiences.

The launch comes as digital transformation continues to reshape the hospitality sector. Enterprise business, including meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions, destination weddings, corporate off-sites and large-scale banquets, constitutes a considerable share of revenue for premium hotels. Even so, the sales process in this segment often still relies on physical site inspections, in-person presentations and multiple meetings before bookings are completed.

Luxid said its platform is intended to change that process by giving hotel sales teams a way to present banquet halls, conference facilities, guest rooms, outdoor venues and event spaces through immersive augmented reality and VR experiences. The system uses lightweight wearable devices, allowing corporate decision-makers, event planners and wedding organisers to explore venues virtually rather than travelling to the property in person.

The company said the technology allows users to compare seating arrangements, review branding options and visualise tailored event set-ups. It also enables hotel representatives and prospective clients to work through event planning together in real time, which Luxid said makes presentations more interactive and personal. The company has positioned the tool as a way to show spaces in context before a client commits to a visit or booking discussion.

Luxid said the platform may improve enterprise sales efficiency by reducing repeat site visits and shortening sales cycles. The company said the immersive format is designed for businesses that sell to customers in different locations and need to present properties consistently without depending exclusively on traditional sales meetings.

Alongside the wearable devices, Luxid is developing a proprietary software development kit and an artificial intelligence-powered content creation platform. The company said these tools will allow hospitality teams to create customised augmented reality and VR experiences within minutes. Hotels will be able to refresh presentations for renovated venues, revised banquet layouts and changed conference configurations without depending on specialist visualisation agencies or long production deadlines.

Luxid said the content creation system is intended to make updates easier when a venue changes or when a hotel needs to revise its sales material for a new event format. That includes revised event layouts, updated room arrangements, and presentation materials for different types of enterprise businesses. The company said the aim is to give hotel teams a faster way to prepare immersive sales content while keeping the process in-house.

The platform has been presented as part of an expanded move towards digital tools in hospitality sales. Luxid said immersive interactions, artificial intelligence and wearable technology are being brought together in a single system to support marketing and selling enterprise business. The company said the product is designed to be scalable and to help hotels present event spaces in a more flexible format.

Siddhant Aggarwal, the founder of Luxid, is linked by the company to the launch of the platform. Luxid said the system is intended to support sales by creating an experience before a client visits a property, while also helping hotels engage customers more efficiently. The company said technology should strengthen relationships rather than replace them, and that the platform is meant to support that approach in enterprise sales.

Luxid said the platform combines artificial intelligence-powered content creation, immersive visualisation and wearable technology to provide hotels with a digital solution for marketing and selling enterprise business. The company said it is aimed at a segment of the hospitality market where clear visual presentation, space planning and repeated client discussions play a central role in closing sales.

The launch comes at a time when hospitality companies are continuing to invest in technology for sales and customer relations. Luxid said its platform is built for hotel teams involved in meetings, banquets, weddings and corporate events, where the capacity to present a venue clearly can influence booking decisions. The company said the system is intended to offer a more detailed and flexible way to show event spaces while lessening reliance on repeated face-to-face visits.
